Who we are

Timewin Publishing, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, is the publisher of Sunday Letter.

We operate as an independent financial newsletter publisher under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 §202(a)(11)(D) Publisher Exclusion. We do not hold an investment advisory / asset management / brokerage license; we do not manage client money; we do not accept fund custody; we do not charge advisory fees; and we do not take a cut of client returns.

What we do

One subscription ($20/month early-bird price for the first 100 subscribers, $40/month standard after that) = a weekly letter (with a holdings table) + market weather

Every Sunday at 10am (UTC+8) — one letter: ≤ 500 words + one chart; market translation + the principal’s position changes this week

timewin.co — market weather: the principal's own written read on the market

What we do not do

Predict short-term market moves
Trade too often
Hold custody of client funds
